Hi my darlings,
How it has been a little while. I do apologize. I have been quite busy with work, organising my older sisters hens night, organising my upcoming birthday party and making costumes and generally finding the cool winter weather has been keeping me indoors.
Winter has a tendency of making me feel more tired and lazy. Plus I'm generally terrible with keeping up a blog or any form of diary writing. Although many a time in my young teenage life I have tried. Yet I am here trying again, ha.
I love winter and its fashion and especially love the winter months in Tasmania where I preside. Its cool and windy and all the lovely coats get whipped out. This winter I have seen many a pretty lady walking the streets wearing such lovely fur coats, high fur collars, fluffy all over or a combo of both.
Nothing is more pleasing to me then seeing girls take winter out of the ugly box and away from the drab and dull black, grey and dark navy/black look. Spring colour into your winter wardrobe it will lift your spirit and also add colour to your life. I mean why wouldn't you want more colour in our life its just like living in a rainbow (except I don't expect you to actually go and put every single coloured item on at once).
These pretty coats delight me so.
Being born as a winter baby has all the advantages. The point being is, I love my winter knits and can't get enough of them. I love scarves, beanies, knit dresses, jumpers etc. Also I secretly think I look cute in knits. Maybe this is me being biased but I feel it to be the truth. I mean nothing beats putting knits on and feeling them snuggle you like a warm hug.
At present I'm currently in love with knit head band warmers and think they dress up an outfit so well and keep your ears toasty warm without overheating your head. Something with a bow or cross over and chunkier the better.
Enjoy winter its the best time of year and nothing is cuter then rugging up in these on trend fashion staples and hanging with the one/s you love :)
Much winter love
Goldy xx

Why I believe cats to be Evil!
Hi my lovely Bloggers,
Who of you like cats?? I'll tell you this; "CATS ARE SCARY EVIL DEMONS OF FLUFF." Seriously cats are EVIL. Inspector Gadgets evil nemesis has a evil cat he strokes and the scary tom cat from Hairy Maclary called "Scarface Claw". Not to mention the cheshire cat from Alice in Wonderland, they are all evil or wicked. Hence my assumption cats are evil.
My day began as any other Monday work day. I went to work then came home where I decided to have a nap. Feeling the tiredness from work. After my nap I decided to put some washing on. Gathered up my washing in my washing basket and procceded on down stairs. Suddenly I heard this jingling and looked down to see our tenants below us cat.
I somehow in my startled state found myself stumbling and and almost flying down the stairs missing a step and going all the way down the small hallway adjoining to the stairs, stopping at the front door with a bit of a fumble and bump. As my washing basket was out in front it hit the door and then I fell backwards onto my bum.
This is why I think cats are EVIL! Sitting on my bum washing basket and clothes all upside down I started to Laugh then snort and laugh together. Getting up I turned to see the cat slinking down the stairs looking at me with what looked like a grin. Ok so I know cats don't grin but I swear this cat looked like it was.
Cats are evil and that's why I love dogs. Loyal, friendly and only happy to be your best companion when you need them to be.
I may hear people disagree but thats my opinion and i'm sticking by it.
Loves, safety to all

Today I did more tea drinking then well a whale could ingest.
Dearest esteemed bloggers and readers,
Welcome to my new Blog. I'd like to welcome you all to the first of what I hope is to become one of many delightful little daily no lets say (weekly to start with) blogs about the life of a girl named Marigold.
As the colder months come upon us I hope you take a moment to find some time to snuggle down somewhere quietly and delight in the little piece of joy I have tried to bring to you.
Yet as I type this I am suddenly overcome with a sense of imaging you snuggling down into a comfy chair or couch in your Autumn/winter warmest. The sound of a warm fire crackling in the background along with the smell of your dinner cooking. An animal snuggling up at your feet or in your lap. This all whilst you read my Blog.
Now that I've managed to paint such a joyful and delightful image I hope to be able to see you all reading my Blog soon. Take care and for now I will leave you all with this.
>...................................................................................
Today as I sat drinking my 3rd cup of tea in the space of what I can only say was a half hour I began to realise it was getting cooler. I thought ok it's a Hobart Autumn Saturday 1pm and its about 12 degree outside, (according to my fancy phone). I went and got a warmer cardigan on and then came back to my computer. Then I needed the toilet.
3 cups of tea can do some business to your bladder. I'm telling you. It's like it's crying out stop. No more, I'll brake and burst like the braking of a beaver dam.
Moral of the story is tea makes you go potty more than most drinks.
All my Saturday best until I blog again with interesting stories, quotes, notes, etc from the life of one small Hobart Girl to the rest of the Bigger Badder, Bolder interweb worlds.
