Hi my darlings,
How it has been a little while. I do apologize. I have been quite busy with work, organising my older sisters hens night, organising my upcoming birthday party and making costumes and generally finding the cool winter weather has been keeping me indoors.
Winter has a tendency of making me feel more tired and lazy. Plus I'm generally terrible with keeping up a blog or any form of diary writing. Although many a time in my young teenage life I have tried. Yet I am here trying again, ha.
I love winter and its fashion and especially love the winter months in Tasmania where I preside. Its cool and windy and all the lovely coats get whipped out. This winter I have seen many a pretty lady walking the streets wearing such lovely fur coats, high fur collars, fluffy all over or a combo of both.
Nothing is more pleasing to me then seeing girls take winter out of the ugly box and away from the drab and dull black, grey and dark navy/black look. Spring colour into your winter wardrobe it will lift your spirit and also add colour to your life. I mean why wouldn't you want more colour in our life its just like living in a rainbow (except I don't expect you to actually go and put every single coloured item on at once).
These pretty coats delight me so.
Being born as a winter baby has all the advantages. The point being is, I love my winter knits and can't get enough of them. I love scarves, beanies, knit dresses, jumpers etc. Also I secretly think I look cute in knits. Maybe this is me being biased but I feel it to be the truth. I mean nothing beats putting knits on and feeling them snuggle you like a warm hug.
At present I'm currently in love with knit head band warmers and think they dress up an outfit so well and keep your ears toasty warm without overheating your head. Something with a bow or cross over and chunkier the better.
Enjoy winter its the best time of year and nothing is cuter then rugging up in these on trend fashion staples and hanging with the one/s you love :)
Much winter love
Goldy xx
